Carbine is an Australian public company that was established in late 2006 to develop resource projects. Its initial focus is on its 100% owned Red Dam Project and farm-in of up to 70% of the West Kalgoorlie tenements of Cazaly Resources, which are located within close proximity to Kalgoorlie, Australia's major gold mining centre. The Company will also be pursuing further exploration, assessing early production scenarios and actively examining new business opportunities.
